This apartment offers the experience of living in the Albaicín from a privileged location: close to the city center yet in a quiet and pleasant area. A bright space where natural light and open views create a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day.
From the terrace, you can enjoy the sun and the sunsets over the rooftops of the neighborhood, the city, and the Vega of Granada. Located in the heart of the Albaicín, it provides easy access to its streets, shops, and viewpoints, between San Nicolás (7 min) and San Cristóbal (5 min), close to Plaza Larga and just a short walk from Gran Vía and Calle Elvira.
The apartment is part of a residential complex with gardens and open spaces, featuring a seasonal swimming pool and a private garage in the same building, adding extra comfort to your stay.

This apartment has been designed as a personal project, where every detail has been carefully considered to offer a comfortable, warm, and functional experience.
I am an architect and designer from Granada, and I have developed this space with attention to how it is lived: light, rest, and connection with the surroundings. As someone who knows the city well, I also enjoy guiding guests towards places, routes, and experiences that allow them to discover Granada in a more authentic and personal way.
Part of the furniture has been designed and made specifically for this apartment, combining digital fabrication with an artisanal approach. I use natural materials and local resources, following a philosophy of responsible design that is coherent with the place.

I am living out of the city. You will find the keys at the entry of the building (in a codified box). You will find a guide that I prepared with many tips out of the touristic circuit.
The Albaycín is a quartier built on a hill. A laberinth of narrow streets perfect to get lost and find squares and viewpoints. It is home of many of the jewels of Granada, and it is the best spot to stare at the Alhambra and the city.
Mostly walking, everything is nearby. Bus stop to 50 meters (Albaycin Microbus line). Gran Via Bus stop to 5 minutes walking (Buses to the stations and Alhambra).
