Designed personally as an author project, this space combines materials, light, and custom-made furniture to offer a warm and functional experience, connected to the city and to an authentic way of discovering Granada.

This house offers the experience of living in the Albaicín from within, set in a square of Arabic origin facing the church of San Cristóbal, one of the most authentic and characterful areas of Granada. It combines traditional architecture with a renovated space designed to be enjoyed at a slower pace.

The interior is organized around bright and distinctive spaces, such as the living room beneath a wooden coffered ceiling, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. From both the house and its terrace, there are views towards the mountains and the upper part of the historic city, while the private patio offers a quiet outdoor space for dining or relaxing.

This apartment has been designed as a personal project, where every detail has been carefully considered to offer a comfortable, warm, and functional experience.

I am an architect and designer from Granada, and I have developed this space with attention to how it is lived: light, rest, and connection with the surroundings. As someone who knows the city well, I also enjoy guiding guests towards places, routes, and experiences that allow them to discover Granada in a more authentic and personal way.

Part of the furniture has been designed and made specifically for this apartment, combining digital fabrication with an artisanal approach. I use natural materials and local resources, following a philosophy of responsible design that is coherent with the place.

You will be able to access all parts of the house without exception.

The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, oven.

Bed linen, towels, gel and shampoo are included.

There is a washing machine.

A neighborhood that breathes history.

It is declared, together with the Alhambra and the Generalife of Granada, World Heritage by UNESCO. Many different peoples have lived in its streets and that gives the neighborhood an interesting cultural mix.

You can get there by car and by bus.

From the Train Station: take bus number 4. It takes 21 minutes.

From Granada Airport:

From the Bus Station: take bus number 33. It takes 27 minutes.

The distance from the house to Plaza Nueva (downtown) is 15 minutes on foot.

The parking options are the following:

1. Park in the square in front (it is allowed, but space is not guaranteed because the space is public).

2. Park in the Parking Ave María Albaicin (with very affordable prices) located a 3-minute walk away.
