This apartment offers the experience of living in the very center of Granada, in the historic and vibrant Realejo neighborhood, combining urban life with the comfort of a spacious, bright, and carefully designed space.
With 175 m², the apartment opens both towards the life of the neighborhood and the wider city landscape. From the private terrace, the views stretch across the rooftops of Granada and the hill that rises towards the Alhambra, while inside, the everyday rhythm of the neighborhood can be felt, creating a constant sense of life and connection to the surroundings.

This apartment has been designed as a personal project, where every detail has been carefully considered to offer a comfortable, warm, and functional experience.
I am an architect and designer from Granada, and I have developed this space with attention to how it is lived: light, rest, and connection with the surroundings. As someone who knows the city well, I also enjoy guiding guests towards places, routes, and experiences that allow them to discover Granada in a more authentic and personal way.
Part of the furniture has been designed and made specifically for this apartment, combining digital fabrication with an artisanal approach. I use natural materials and local resources, following a philosophy of responsible design that is coherent with the place.
Guests can access all spaces without exception.

The neighborhood of El Realejo is beautiful and vibrant, two steps from the center but quiet and lively at the same time. It is an area of Granada with beautiful squares, quiet parks and a variety of small shops where you can find everything you need for your stay: supermarkets, greengrocers, lively bars, cafés ...
The apartment is located on Molinos Street, one of the neuralgic centers of the neighborhood.
